Audit Exemption for Company

Recent changes in the Companies Act 2006, include the increase in turnover threshold to €7.3 million for accounting periods commencing on or after 1st January 2007 and balance sheet threshold for 3.65 million.

Audit Exemption, once lost, can only be re-applied for when two consecutive years returns are filed on time.
